DESCRIPTION:
This pre-Covid 2019 Allegro Bus 40IP XSP is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, and is WELL MAINTAINED, and stored properly its entire life. I am the 2nd owner, and the coach has never been lived in full time, never smoked in, and has always been garage / carport stored. It resides on personal my property with full hookups and receives regular system exercising. Built on the Tiffin Powerglide chassis, the XSP package provides approximately 40% more basement storage with tall doors and a flat floor design. Powered by the Cummins L9 450HP with side mount radiator, it carries a 150-gallon fuel tank (dual fill), 100 gallon fresh, 100-gallon grey, and 55-gallon black tanks. All 3-ring binders with original issued service & operation manuals, Tiffin PO/Build Sheet, and complete historical & current service records can be made available.

We've maintained this Coach for the past 11 years and added upgrades like: 2) 15K btu AC/heatpumps, 10 gal DSI water heater, low profile LED ceiling lights, Splendide washer and dryer, black faucets/shower, winshshield privacy curtain, automatic awning with wind sensor and matching window awnings, recent full service on 7.5kw Onan, new batteries, new tires, new windshields, custom headlights that actually light up the road, LED taillights, backup camera,new black granite sink, privacy tint on the tub/shower and so much more. Also included are two new spare AC shrouds, extra new 21' main awning fabric and 12' window awning fabric. The Bus has always been stored under cover and climate controlled.
